When you are placing an order, be as accurate as possible and don't forget to, mention the desired quantity. When we have received your order we will sent you an order confirmation together with a payment request. Once we have received the payment, your order will be processed and shipped and we will inform you by sending an email or an sms text. Please take note that the lead time for some products will usually take 3 to 6 weeks. This is due to the fact that these goods are build by an artisan. Also, it will depend of the amount of work in the workshop.

Local pick-up is also possible but only after making an appointment.

Comment: As mentioned previously,some products are hand made. Only when an order is confirmed the goods will be build by the artisan. Also, you'll never find exactly the same product even if it's build by the same person! It's absolutely normal if there are minor differences between the picture and the received product.
